Retail Titan HQ’s Manager’s Guide Wiki 2022
Retail Titan HQ (pseudonym alert!), an American multinational technology company engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence, tasked us with designing an internal wiki site for their warehouse operations managers. This site helps managers quickly and easily access the information they need for their jobs.
Overview:
To ensure the success of our Operations Managers, we've crafted a top-notch online Wiki that houses all the resources and information needed for Operations Managers to excel at their job duties.
The Challenge
Our current page layouts are as varied as a box of chocolates due to the tool’s nature—creating a page involves copying and pasting code from other pages, then editing them.
The Task
Create a new wiki site for Operations Managers using Retail Titan HQ's internal website builder.

My Role
Design wireframes to fit the internal website builder for Retail Titan HQ’s Wiki Operations Management.
Research the current internal site to identify and refine commonly used page templates for a more streamlined user experience.
Design logo options and website title.
Logo Exploration
In designing the logo for the Retail Titan HQ Operations Management Wiki, arrows were incorporated to symbolize direction, progress, and guidance. This reflects our commitment to providing Operations Managers with an easy-to-understand information hub and quick access to resources. Arrows also represent continuous growth and development, highlighting our dedication to increasing awareness of training and leadership opportunities.
